While traveling from St. Louis to Nashville for our anniversary I started having serious issues with my vehicle which made it non-driveable (ultimately diagnosed a a siezed tensioner pulley and broken serpentine belt). Austin, from the service department, listened to the problems and kindly worked it in to their already full schedule. They were able to diagnose the problem, fix it, handle all the extended warranty paperwork, and have the battery replaced at no charge under warranty. My car over heated one two weeks ago and then again last Tues. Austin was able to get it work in Fri. Damages were covered under GM warranty and I had my car back first thing Monday morning. So far everything seems great. I leave for a 8 hour road trip Thurs so I Hope this fixed it. They did an AC repair months ago also under a warranty, also great service then. 🙂
